In the midst of a Brooklyn winter, the routine of an exiled Venezuelan woman is disrupted by unsettling messages from back home, while a recurrent presence roams around.

The suggestive images highlight the difficulty of rebuilding oneself far away from home, trapped between the hardships of work and the uninterrupted messages from family.
